The charges depend upon the time you spend during the calls. You can also add this service within your plans or the boost, so it will not charge you extra.

Via Landline

You can activate call divert directly from your landline using the following codes:​

  • Divert all calls: Dial *21* followed by the number you want to divert to, then #. For example: *21*07700123456#.​
  • Divert when no answer: Dial *61* followed by the number, then #.​
  • Divert when line is busy: Dial *67* followed by the number, then #.​
  • Divert when unreachable: Dial *62* followed by the number, then #.​

To Cancel TalkTalk Call Divert Settings:​

  • Cancel all diverts: Dial #002#.​
  • Cancel specific diverts: Use the corresponding code with # instead of *. For example, to cancel divert when busy: #67# .​

Alternatively, you can manage call divert settings through your TalkTalk online account:​

Else, yes the Company charge for every call you receive through forwarding. If you are on a Fast fiber broadband plan, then there is no extra fee.

Fast broadband users will get free Talktalk Call to divert features that will not charge anything to the caller and the user.

The call will charge you with a standard tariff if you don't boost your plan or are using regular broadband plans.

There are only two ways through which you will get a free divert.
