After you login to talktalk router admin page, you have access to change default username and password. The username of your router is known as SSID.

- Type 192.168.1.1 and hit enter to access the router admin page.
- Enter your username and password and click on the login button.
- Under a wifi network, click on Cog icon.
- Change the SSID name and click on change wifi password.
- Enter the password you want to set and confirm your changes.
- At last, click on save settings.

- Under a wifi network, click on Cog icon.
- Change the SSID name .

- Click on the Apply button. Follow the same process for additional routers connected to your network.
Can’t login to talktalk router
If you can’t login to talktalk router dashboard, then you’ll need to reset your device and all your saved settings will revert to the default.
Every router has a small reset button or a small hole at the back of the router. Use a sim ejector tool or any pointed object, like safety pin, needle to push the button in the hole.
Wait for 3-5 seconds and release the button and now your router will restart automatically. Now you should be able to login into talktalk router page using default username and password.
